Challenge : Create a digital menu board for an airport restaurant, expanding the Bob Evans brand
outside stand-alone formats.
Solution : Emphasized the “farm heritage” aspect of the brand while interpreting the elements into a more contemporary
aesthetic to create a connection to the future restaurant design strategy. Adjusting the service model and menu offering to provide the same quality as the sit-down but in a faster "on the go" format for the airport environment.

Challenge : Burger King was an early champion of digital signage integrating the new technology into more than 1,500 locations worldwide. Locations are split into two categories - Traditional and Non-Traditional.
Non-Traditional are specialty locations usually with a smaller footprint (Airports, Motorways, and Universities) not supporting all equipment or product offers. LSI was identified to suggest a menu layout for a digital three- screen landscape in-line solution and monthly service agreement.
Solution : Collaborated with Burger King's Non-Traditional marketing leaders within each franchise to compile complete product offer unique to each region. Re-purposed existing Traditional creative assets to develop a Non-Traditional content library. Burger King's Non-Traditional team begins referring franchisees to LSI for the Content department’s ability to support sites quickly, efficiently, and effectively. This relationship carved a niche for LSI and opened doors to Traditional locations. Over 300 locations, 1200 screens, and growing, LSI Creative monitors and supports the Burger King Digital System 24/7.
Challenge : Digital menu board trial to develop a clearly defined menu that is easy to understand and reduces complexity.
Solution : Created a smart, clean, and simple layout. Introduced some flexibility into the content design to communicate monthly specials or promotions. Provided creative direction and produced monthly promotions from
customer-provided assets.
Challenge : Panda Express chose LSI to install 10 test sites to measure product offers, service, and response time.
Solution : Content strategy, re-engineered software, quick turn arounds, and specialty projects. The initial trial was a success, leading to installations in more than 900 Panda Restaurant Group locations.
